1. Acceptance
By installing and using Test Pro: Phone Info & Check, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
2. Purpose
The App provides hardware and sensor diagnostics for informational purposes. Results are estimates based on device APIs and optional catalog data. They are not a substitute for professional repair diagnosis.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the App only on devices you own or are authorized to test.
- Do not misuse diagnostics to fraudulently misrepresent a device’s condition.
- Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or attack the App except as allowed by law.
4. Accuracy
Auto tests and catalog specs may be incomplete or incorrect on some devices, custom ROMs, or restricted environments. Always verify critical issues with additional tools or a technician.
5. Permissions & safety
Some tests activate hardware (torch, vibration, camera, speaker tones, GPS). Use them responsibly. The App is not liable for discomfort, data loss, or hardware issues arising from normal diagnostic use.
6. Ads and third-party services
The App may show ads (for example Google AdMob) and use Firebase / Google services. Use of those services is also subject to the providers’ terms.
7. Intellectual property
The App name, UI, and content are protected. You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.
8. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
9. Changes
Terms may be updated. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
